On Thursday February 23, 2017, VORtech hosted our first Meetup on Data Science: "Data Science in Industry"

This year the Study Group Mathematics with Industry took place in Amsterdam, from January 23 till 27. Bas van ‘t Hof and Jok Tang, two of VORtech’s mathematical consultants, attended the SWI this year.

On the 4th National eScience Symposium 2016 there will be a standing table where OpenDA will be presented by the Netherlands eScience Center and VORtech.

VORtech was present at the Big Data Expo 2016 in the Utrecht Jaarbeurs on September 21 and 22, 2016.

VORtech celebrated its 20th Anniversary by sharing its experience in scientific software engineering with a series of lectures in May and by having a major celebration event on May 31, 2016.

VORtech visited the National eScience Symposium and the Woudschoten Conference
